99″ />The holiday season in Ridgecrest, CA, means it is time for the Christmas Elk Parade! On December 8, 2012 plan on taking some time out of your day to enjoy a fun, family friendly event right

here in the Ridgecrest community. Many Ridgecrest residents line-up to enjoy the festivities of the Christmas Elk Parade that includes many holiday floats from local businesses, schools, and charities that will be marching together to spread holiday cheer in Ridgecrest, CA.

The Christmas Elk Parade will start at 10AM at the corner of Las Flores Ave and China Lake Blvd in the Home Depot parking lot. The parade will continue down N. Norma Street and onto Ridgecrest Blvd. On-lookers can have the best view of the entire parade on Ridgecrest Blvd which is only three minutes from the Carriage Inn Ridgecrest.

The Ridgecrest Chamber of Commerce is still accepting applications for people who are interested in marching in the Christmas Elk’s Parade. All you have to do is stop by the Ridgecrest Chamber of Commerce building located at 128 East California Ave. to apply. There is a $10 application fee for all applicants.
